Frequently asked questions
How many people can we have in our team?
You need a minimum of 2 people to play our rooms.
Our suggested maximum number of players is 6, but you can have up to 8 people in a room.
Please be aware that larger groups may find some spaces a little cramped and there may not always be something for everyone to do.
How difficult are your escape rooms?
Our rooms are all designed to be accessible to new players and yet still remain fun for experienced escape room teams.
If you are a new team or if your group has younger children in it, you might want to consider playing the room in Easy Mode.
In this mode, we simplify some of the puzzles, give extra hints and will make sure you don’t get stuck for a long time.
You can choose whether to play in Normal or Easy mode when you book
Are your escape rooms suitable for young children?
Our rooms are designed to be fun for children of all ages.
Children under the age of 12 years may struggle to understand some of the puzzles and storyline and children under the age of 8 years may not find the rooms that engaging.
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied in our rooms by an adult and closely supervised at all times.
Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We carefully design our rooms to ensure they can be accessed by wheelchair users. They have wide doorways and level access.
However, please note that some puzzles in the rooms will require full mobility and may not be reachable from a seated position.
Does this room have scary moments?
The Missing Slippers is not a scary room. There are moments where the lighting and audio levels change and there are moments of mild suspense and surprise.
